Ok all you discerning alcoholics or ';casual drinkers'; what is there to know about Arak. With the prices of hardbar that i have read it might be advisable to stick to local libations, mostly Bintang but is there such a thing as higher quality arak? What is it comparable to?

Commercially produced Arak isn%26#39;t too bad when used in cocktails or mixed with coke/lemonade, anything really.
It%26#39;s when you drink it straight that the problems can occur. Or when you start drinking the local village stuff. That is rocket fuel.

You may suffer a headache,(to some it may be a hangover) that will last all day, and it won%26#39;t matter what you take for it, it won%26#39;t budge!. Try rubbing Silver Clove into the affected area and lie down for a while, then go and get a pizza, for some strange reason that seemed to work.
