Desamuda Village and Clio apartments

Has anyone been to either of these properties?

1. Desamuda Village

Where exactly is it? The address given is Jln Raya Basangkasa, but I can%26#39;t find that street on any map online. Could the street be known by another name?

2. Clio

We haven%26#39;t been able to find any reviews of this place. Any idea whether it%26#39;s legit/trustworthy? The pictures look excellent but we%26#39;re reluctant to put down a 50% deposit without some 3rd party opinions of the place.

Clio Apartments is pretty cool, they spent some serious money...hard to get bookings, but last time I got the local price, which was 350k for a studio if I took 4 nights, wifi was good, really cool design, not much competes at the budget level, and the location is great..

The toilet bowl is just behind your bed. No door. And its beside the kitchen,

That ull be using it as a place where u need to brush ur teeth

U re not staying at that room alone. The messy smell will make everyone screaming

They also always playing with their booking, making it as if its a high demand and always fully book

Yes clio is trustworthy, but u also can tell them. U just pay them when you%26#39;re already there

The room is small yet cosy, but as a woman I hate the bathroom.

The breakfast is only fruit, in studio they give u bread and cornflakes and milk or coffee or tea.

There are many reasons clio is more popular than the studio, but i do not wish to enter into this argument with venom,

The bathrooms at clio are seperated by sliding doors and the toilet is equipped with extraction fans directly behind ( very effective way of ventilating) I will post the layout diagram.

The toilet is seperated from the sink by the bathtub/ shower

The occupency is indeed high, hence the competition gets a little jealous.

Clio requires a deposit to confirm a booking like any other ';decent'; accomadation on the island.
