Lembongan

Going to Lembongan with 2 boys aged 12 %26amp; 13 would like advice on reasonably affordable accommodation which would suit, maybe with good waves or nice beach close by. Is six day stay too long?

Lembongan

the main beach is where there is accomodation and surf. the surf starting from the southern end of the beach is playgrounds - left and right, lacerations - right and shipwreck - right. they all break on coral away about 15 minutes paddling at mid to high tide. the waves are tidal so there is no waves at low tide. playgrounds is easy but the other two breaks are more intense esp when big.

there is accom all the way along the beach. many stay at mainski which is near shipwreck. another option i haven%26#39;t stayed at but looks good is:

shipwreckvilla

shipwrecksvilla@nusalembongan.com.au

robin 081338032900

rick 081337399577

375 000r standard/breakfast

455 000r master + 55 000r add person

555 000r all of us (4) = breakfast

the snorkeling is good and walking around the coast is interesting. 6 days is a long time there but not if you%26#39;re surfing.

Thanks, for your advice. More info to toss around before we make a decision. Much appreciated

We stayed at the Tannis. They have a 2 bedroomed villas for USD 90.

6 days does sound a little long. Our kids were getting bored after the 4th day. We left and spent the rest of the time in Sanur.

Many thanks for your reply. Were you happy with the accommodation at the Tannis? How old were your kids? Were they into snorkelling?

Kind regards

I agree that six days is probably too long. Tannis villas are really nice. Clean, traditional-looking buildings with modern interiors. Good value for money.

Thanks, info is helping me with booking plans.
