Anyone travelled with Travelindo.com before?

Travelindo.com offer Seat-In-Coach (SIC) packages for the following tours

1)Borobudur and Dieng Plateau tour for Rp170,000 per person.

2)YOGYAKARTA-BROMO-IJEN TOUR PACKAGE for Rp525,000 per person.

We (2 persons) are interested in their above tours. Can anyone advise us on the above company and their SIC packages. Do we have to book in advance? My fried have emailed them concerning the above tours but they did not reply. Maybe we made our enquiry too early as our trip to Yogya is in June.

Please help as we need to budget and plan our holidays early.

Thanks

Hi lowyatman!

I%26#39;m looking to book hotel rooms with Travelindo.com. But apparently they require me to bank in the money to their Indonesian bank account - which is an unusual practice, as I usually do it by credit card. Additionally, they require me to do so by 28 Jan, when I%26#39;m only travelling in May.

How was your experience with Travelindo.com? Is it safe to transact with them?

Hi Fong28,

Look like Lowyatman is too busy to reply you. I also faced the same problem with many hotels and villas in Indonesia requesting prepayment. So far so good. I also want to know from Lawyatman if the hotel he stay is the same as quoted in the price.

Booked a flight from Yogyakarta to Bali on Garuda. Got the promo lowest price. Booked Hotel room. For $35 with breakfast. No reviews on it. Brand new, just major surprise on the cleanliness and professionalism ; loved it.

Each tsansaction was concluded in one day using email and Paypal.
