Jakarta/Puncak/andung/Jakarta

I plan to fly to Jakarta on 24May. After arrival in the morning will travel to Puncak, and after a night stay, will travel to Bandung. I will spend about 4 days in Bandung and will return to Jakarta to catch a flight back to Malaysia the next day. Can anyone assist the following:

1. Best way to travel from Jakarta airport to Puncak?

2. Best form of transport to Bandung from Puncak

3. The rental charges to engage a driver and car for

a day in Bandung

4. Recommend hotel in Puncak/Bandung double room with

breakfast for 2. Budget approximately Rp300,000

I also book room direct to hotel website from home which I think was offered better rate than hotel agent website.

1. Rent a car/mpv to Puncak.

2. Rental car with driver.

3. Varies from Rph450k to Rph650.

4. Hotel Puncak - Safari Garden (more than Rph300k)

Hotel Bandung - Progo Hotel (less than Rph300k)
