Hotel transfers to Jayakarta

Hi,

We%26#39;re arriving in Bali 5th April and would like to know approximately how much it would cost for a mini van from the Airport to the Jayakarta? There are 2 adults and 5 kids travelling.

the jayakarta is a short trip from the airport. i would try bargaining with the drivers out the front where you exit the airport door who have vans for around 100,000 to 150,000rp. IF they ask for much over this say %26#39;no thanks i will get two taxis%26#39; and they will soon negotiate rather than lose the fare. just walk along and look at the vans. some are bigger than others. in bali seat belts are not essential except for the front seat. basically if you don%26#39;t mind smaller children can sit on laps and you would easily fit all of you and your luggage in a van. do bargain someone will accept your offer.

Thanks for your reply which has helped me a lot. Given that we don%26#39;t arrive into Bali until 8pm is there likely to be a shortage of drivers around?

you won%26#39;t have trouble getting a van at 8pm. the drivers are there all the time hoping and waiting for work as this is their lively hood. try and stick with the 100,000rp. don%26#39;t worry about pre booking a driver. there will be heaps of offers for transport.

Are satin bed sheets warm
